Unfortunately, my stay was marred by various frustrations despite the hotel’s beautiful oceanfront location. The rooms had stunning views, but the overall customer service experience was disappointing, with issues relating to check-in and maintenance overshadowing my stay. It's a shame because the potential is there, but the management really needs to improve the guest experience.

We spent the weekend at the Hyde Resort and while the spacious ocean view room was a highlight, the overall experience was marred by poor service and cleanliness issues. The hotel’s beautiful facilities left a lot to be desired in terms of customer interaction, and the dining experience was frustrating due to inattentive staff. If you're seeking a place primarily for its views and space, this could be a fit; however, don’t expect warmth or a high level of cleanliness.
